Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business and understand that, from time to time, circumstances may arise that require your appointment to be rescheduled or canceled. We ask for as much notice as possible, but even a few hours can allow us to extend appointments to other clients on our waiting list. This policy is designed to offer partial compensation for our therapists who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. We appreciate your understanding.
When Canceling within 4 hours
You are responsible for 50% of the scheduled service price when canceling within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Arriving Late or Not at All
You are responsible for 100% of the service price when arriving late to an appointment, or not arriving at all. We do understand that situations may arise from time to time, so we do make our best efforts to accommodate you with the full service time if scheduling permits.
