This is the primary blog of Bodywork Las Vegas. However, as the owner of the business and the administrator of this blog, I’ve got a lot of other interests in the area of wellness. Consequently, I’ve developed this blog to share thoughts on many of these areas.
My primary business is massage therapy, so you will notice lots of articles and thoughts on Massage & Bodywork, and their benefits. Since I’ve also become recently certified in Personal Training, you will also notice a section on Health & Fitness. As an adjunct to massage therapy I think individual, personal fitness is essential to not only the well-being of the body, but also mind and spirit. I believe even a simple and easy fitness routine can prevent lots of chronic issues that clients eventually seek help on. As for Food & Diet - well, I love food - good food, and I think a healthy diet again contributes to overall well-being. But, I’ll be honest. My days are sometimes busy and I am most definitely human. So regardless of my education, training or desires, I sometimes find myself making less than ideal food choices. So, this is an area that I would like to explore more to share with you, the readers. I’m looking to explore ways to create healthy, quick meals that are also tasty and delicious to eat. So keep and eye out for yummy, quick Recipes as well. In the area of Personal Development, I believe how and what we think is the dominant contributor to how we attract events into our lives, so from time to time, we will be exploring thoughts and ideas in this area as well.
Along the way, you may likely see new contributors adding their thoughts to the blog also. We always welcome your contribution in comments and emails. This helps us grow and consider other ideas that we may not otherwise.
