We accept appointments from several weeks/months in advance to same day appointments with 2 hours notice. It's always better to plan ahead to ensure your preferred time and day are available.

Appointments are easy to book 24 hours a day with our Online Booking Engine. If changes or cancellations are necessary, it's also easy to do online as well.

Arriving for your appointment
To ensure a prompt start to your session, we suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to complete our short intake form. Or, save a little time and download it to complete from home and bring it with you to your appointment.
